Is it ready yet? You'll know first.

Phones, laptops, consoles. Every repair gets a ticket you can follow from check-in to pickup, with the estimate waiting for your tap, not a phone call.

Start a repair

Takes about thirty seconds. You get a ticket number immediately.

Demo: nothing is sent. The ticket appears on the bench below.

Your ticket

Submit a repair and the timeline appears here. On a real Bench site this is the installable app on your phone.

The bench

What the technician sees. Change a status and the customer's ticket moves. Set it to "Awaiting approval" and the customer gets an estimate to accept.

Two repairs already on the bench; yours joins them.

Why this shape

A repair shop answers "is it ready?" forty times a day. A ticket the customer can follow answers it once, and approvals in the app mean no work waits on a missed call. A concept by Mendly, modeled on the live repair-tracking site Bryce built for Misfit Repair in Marquette.

What's in the build

Repair intake · ticket timeline · estimate approvals · bench queue with statuses · text notifications · installable customer app · optional pickup and drop-off scheduling. Estimates paid in the app through Square, Stripe, or PayPal, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay.
